3 DIFFERENT WAYS OF USING ENERGY* MIXED IN WATER


BEFORE: Mix at least 2 Scoops (50 grams) in 12 oz. of water and drink it at least 30 minutes before your activity.

DURING: Per hour, mix at least 2 scoops in 20 oz. of water, and sip it throughout activity.

AFTER: Mix at least 2 scoops in 12 oz of water and drink within 30 minutes to replenish muscle glycogen.

FOR EARLY MORNING TRAINING: Don't train or race on an empty stomach. Mix 2 scoops in a glass of water and drink before you start.
